As a coach, we do come to the end of coaching partnerships and when we do, it's a great time to reflect on that journey and Derek's work gives us a framework to do just that.

We all have dreams but as adults, we let life overtake these and don't always have the appetite for the risks we need to take to follow them. I talk to three exciting friends and ex-colleagues who have taken that risk and made some dramatic turns in their journey. It's amazing to hear from Indu Basu (corporate leader turned entrepreneur and NGO founder), Sarbasis Bhattacharya (corporate leader turned professional actor) and Vishal Sinha (corporate leader turned start-up founder). It's certainly inspired some ideas in me - I hope it does in you too.

This podcast uses the Robbie Swale's 12-minute method (www.robbieswale.com)  to explore nearly 12 months of research and condense it into 12 minutes. A must listen if you're in the HR department of an organisation that has an expatriate workforce and if you are an expat yourself and looking to come home.

I love this quote, it tells us the potential choices have in our lives. And the best part is, it doesn't have to always be something earth-shattering or gigantic. Every little choice we make helps us move on in some direction. I had a delightful 12 minutes talking about this with Robbie Swale, the third of our 12-minute Ideaspark series. However, this is one with a twist as we didn't even discuss the topic beforehand. So it's very informal and a discussion that may be very relevant at a point when you're about to make a choice or thinking about your future goals.
