This quote from the founder of Amazon is something that is well worth thinking about. In a world where we are all connected through our network and social media (whether we like it or not), it is critical to be aware of the brand that we are projecting and evaluate if that is in line with our values and the brand we wish to project. I love this quote attributed to Chris Anderson, the head of TED, "Your brand isn't what you say it is, it is what Google says it is". I had the joy of discussing how we could become more aware and manage our personal brand with three amazing individuals who bring a diverse and global perspective to this conversation - Abi Moore, Ben Maynard and Bia Sandhu Taneja.
