This is part of my Ideaspark research series where I speak to Priscila Filleti about her research on the impact of Group Coaching on women. It is based on Robbie Swale's 12-minute method and is a short summary of the great research that Pri has done for her MSc. in Coaching and Behavioural Change. It's a short and snappy talk that could really help leaders and organisations build a community and contribute to improved confidence within their teams. If you're particularly interested in inclusion and gender-equity, it's a good listen.

'View life as a continuous learning experience!' (Dennis Waitley) Have you ever considered further education or are you pursuing something right now? If so, things can seem overwhelming at times - but as someone who's on this journey, keep going is what I'd say to you (and myself). I had the joy of speaking with 3 of my amazing cohort from my MSc. in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School who shared their highlights and challenges and how they overcame them in their MSc. journey. As we edge towards our graduation ceremony next week, this is a great watch if you want to hear how people with very different styles and approaches have succeeded and glean some practical tips from them. A big thanks to Gary Keogh, Edina Dobos and Kat Flynn for their time and a delightful discussion. |
