Continuing on my series of Idea sparks about research, I had the joy of speaking to Derek Hill who gave a great precis of his work on endings. As a coach, we do come to the end of coaching partnerships and when we do, it's a great time to reflect on that journey and Derek's work gives us a framework to do just that.
