“Good leadership requires you to surround yourself with people of diverse perspectives who can disagree with you without fear of retaliation.” — Doris Kearns Goodwin Nature has shown us how biodiversity is crucial for our world to thrive. And, using the same lens, having diversity of thought at work and life in general is equally crucial for the human society to thrive in today's world. Inclusive leadership is much talked about but not often understood well enough and even less effectively practiced. I have the privilege of talking to three experts - Alison Maitland, Garry Browne and Rebecca Brown, who bring their different perspectives and expertise as coaches, authors, researchers and practitioners to this thought-provoking discussion.
