I work with your leadership team to build awareness, collaboration and creativity to deliver bigger, bolder outcomes. This includes one-to-one coaching, coaching for creativity, building confidence, customer experience focus, board working. 

Enabling businesses and teams make a bigger impact

​This could include facilitating critical thinking workshops at senior levels and team coaching. I also offer consulting and mentoring services, drawing on my 30-year experience across industries and driving customer experience and culture transformation and board level leadership.
